The contouring corset is patterned to enhance and lift the soft curve of the bust, and shape in the waist. The shoulder straps adjust with ribbon ties and form a high, off the shoulder neckline. The back is laced with a matching ribbon tie, allowing for extra adjustability. The corset is made of gold brocade and flatlined to sturdy black cotton coutil, for long-term structure. Matching gold lace runs across the top at the bust line above a jeweled applique at the center front.
The full, long skirt is made of shimmering silk with a modest back train.
A petticoat with attached tulle ruffle is worn under the skirt for comfort and volume. Both the petticoat and skirt are attached to a waistband with an adjustable hook and eye closure and industrial snaps.
A gold silk three quarter sleeve chemise is worn underneath the corset. The base of the sleeves touch above the elbow where full, delicate gold lace flutes out gracefully over the lower arm. A drawstring of 1/4″ elastic runs along the neckline for added adjustability.
